A growing TV production company produces a wide range of content which is aired on cable networks.
Airtable had been adopted by 3 different teams within the organization and had grown organically within each team. While it had become an essential tool, it hadn't been developed with a big-picture plan for how data was shared between the teams. As a result, data flow between the three teams was confusing and often redundant.
We met regularly with each of the three teams, separately and all together, until we reached a consensus on how best to connect the workflows. The 3 Rings team then consolidated 13 Airtable bases into 5, streamlining synced information between them and establishing a clear source of truth for the most important data.
