Julian did a great job of listening and understanding our needs. He recorded walk-through videos that made it easy for us to follow along with changes being made so that we could become more knowledgeable about Airtable and its functionality. He is kind, patient, and does a great job of breaking down the functionality available through Airtable to teams who are not tech experts.
